Customer Service is terrible, no response via email to their support or their online "chat bot" I'm assuming. The band I ordered was supposed to fit my Garmin Phoenix 8 41mm watch and it didn't . Trying to exchange it has been a nightmare, no communication/response for 10 days, when exactly can I expect an RO number to get a band that fits my watch?!
