Bring back the 4-bite bar

I have been eating an Awake caramel chocolate bar almost every day for the past three months. Those were of course, the four bite bars. This latest order is a two bite bar. The proportions and mouth feel are not the same as the bars I’ve been eating for the last 90 days. I do not appreciate the change in product. Your website does not make it clear that the bars have changed from four bites to two bites. Your company has created product confusion. This is very frustrating. I would like to compliment your shipping. My last two orders came with more insulation and ice packs that the chocolate that I ordered from you last year. Last year every shipment arrived melted. My two most recent orders arrived cool and intact.

Caramel Chocolate Bar Review

I got these bars for my mother as a Mother’s Day gift along with a pack of the 50 milk chocolate varieties and she loves them. She let me have some as well and I have to say that the Caramel Chocolate is my absolute favorite, especially the bars. Though she likes the peanut butter ones more, we both enjoyed them enough that I ordered three more of the variety bags. Great quality, great taste, a little costly but well worth the price.
