Stuffed Biscoff Cookie (Oversized)

So good, super rich.

These cookies are HUGE. My daughter, my mom and I split one cookie three ways. They arrived a day early and still tasted fresh. Def a rich cookie and something that anybody with a sweet tooth would love.
