The product description was misleading because it did not clearly state that this was a digital item. I expected a physical product based on the listing, and the lack of clear disclosure was disappointing.
When I contacted the seller about the misunderstanding, they were unwilling to help or process a refund. That made an already frustrating experience even worse.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this seller. Buyers should read the listing very carefully, as the product may not be described as clearly as it should be, and you may not receive assistance if there's a misunderstanding.

False advertising! This is a rip off, only a download activity not a useable product unless you have a printer and a ton of time. Very disappointed!
