Useless ankle strap

They are very comfortable and fit great. My only complaint is that there's such a small amount of Velcro to secure the ankle strap that you may as well just remove the strap completely. Why is there so much of the loop side and none of the hook side? It doesn't secure the strap at all, it comes apart while walking and driving. I tried some peel and stick Velcro I already had but it won't stick to the shoe material so that didn't fix it. I feel like the models got a different shoe than me somehow because theirs seem to fit fine. It's really frustrating given how much I paid for these. They talk so much about how they engineered everything else about the shoe but I guess they didn't think about the strap. I have huge ankles too so this is crazy. I hope they come up with a fix for it because otherwise the shoes are good and I'd hate to return them over this.

These are huge! It’s too cold to try them now, but I have walked around the house in them. Size down for these beauties!

Love these shoes! Most sandals either squeeze my toes or leave my pinky toe hanging out because of my weird feet. Also being able to adjust the strap for my small heels helps keep them on my feet. And with the style I can wear them with a variety of clothes. But really pay attention to the sizes, i had to size down to get the ones that fit.
