Great Product and Great service

I purchased a sauna from Costco and had a horrible experience from the start. Ended up returning it a two months later with out ever getting missing parts shipped out. I tried Nordica and experienced a great level of service and communication. Concerns were addressed and communication was quick and prompt. The product was much better quality and would recommend them to anyone.
