New Buckhannon Comp Unlined

I sent my old pair in for the free resole and after getting tem back and wearing for a month or so the sole came off the boots. I emailed pictures to customer service and they went above and beyond what I expected and sent me a brand new pair of my choice of boot! Resole not so good but they really made it right with me.

Second pair of these and overall I like them. I’d encourage Duradero to focus some more resources on quality control. My first pair had a stray piece of material at a seam on the top of the foot that dug into your foot and caused a bit of discomfort. A quick touch up with a knife and all was well. This new pair had some funkiness with the comp toe on one boot I was able to massage out. Overall they’re comfortable and do the job at a fairly decent price as compared to other mid tier and up boots.
