One of the best boots I have, at the end of the day, my feet do not hurt, like in other brands. My only issue so far, and no fault of the boot I have a very high instep/thick ankle and it is difficult to get my foot into boot. I will probably cut the tounge on the sides to make it easier to get boot on. Wear a EE in all other brands, but with the help of Duradero customer service they recommend a Medium, I was skeptical but they were correct! Don't be afraid to try them!

I ordered my first pair from Duradero after losing 140 pounds. My foot had changed and even the way I walk. I ordered the same size I have worn for 20 years (13W/eee). They came and were entirely too large. Between my weight loss and Duradero's roomy design I needed to go smaller so I ordered a 12M which ended up too narrow then a 12W/eee which was a touch too long. After three pairs I went to an 11.5W/eee which is perfect! I kept the 12w and the 11.5w but the two pairs i sent back , which had been worn, Duradero refunded me in minutes of shipping the return which they also paid both times for the shipping back. Side note, their photo app to determine my shoe size told me 11.5w to begin with but I didn't trust it because I had worn 13w for so long, I was wrong! I know this sounds like a paid add but my experience has been that good so I wanted to give them the credit due. I WILL be a return customer!!

Excellent boots, my second pair, just sent my other ones in to get new soles and reconditioned.
