Great product
I'm not sure how this works but it does provide a moist heat! I bought this and the rechargeable heat mask and alternate their use.

Didn't work as expected
I used it a few times but it didn't deliver what I would call moist heat, and it cooled off faster than it said it would. I liked that it didn't press on my eyelids and the overall design is actually quite good, but I've gone back to using a clean, warm washcloth.
