I'm sorry but the eye cups don't stay warm long enough. they don't want you to microwave it on the band do you have to take the little eye cups off the band and that wastes time putting them back on when they're hot

HORRIBLE customer service.

I would give it a higher rating but the customer service is HORRENDOUS! My mask stopped working after less than a month and a handful of uses. I was grilled about charging ports and cords. Then was asked for picture which I portly sent of the cord sent with the product. The response was complete silence. I’ve sent several messages requesting a replacement, refund, a resolution to the malfunctioning mask, that wasn’t inexpensive btw, and I get nothing in response. Don’t buy from them. They don’t honor their warranty. I’m sure the return guarantee is just as bad.
