This is a tough one. I would give the overall case a 4 for appearing to be sturdy and looking nice. It’s too soon to say it’s durable until it’s been used for 6 -12 months. We did have trouble figuring out how to make the chair fit in the bag So, on that issue directions would have been nice. I reached out via email that I was having trouble. But did not receive a reply. We obviously figured it out. Sadly, the plastic handle (very top piece) cracked. I would like to submit a photo but I am not seeing an option for that. The handle is still attached but it will probably completely fall off in time. Hopefully, that piece can be replaced. There are just a couple small screws that attach it to the long piece of the handle. So, it would seem like an easy fix. Based on the handle cracking so soon I would give it a 3.
