Poor design and worthless. Made the unit unrepairable

The kit contained hex keys that don’t fit the-rock unit and stripped the screws making the screws unable to remove, thus no way to fully repair tre unit

Nice to see a company support their products with a service kit in today's"throw away" society. Hopefully this will allow years of use.
