Fedora Felt Hat | Bigalli

Disappointed. Clearly ordered a 61cm for my brother as a gift, they sent a 62cm which is too big. Too much hassle to return from the remote Wimmera district for a refund or replacement. Don't they read? I won't buy from them again. Not happy.

The hat wasn’t perfect when I got it, some lumps around. I message the customer service and was told to fix myself with an iron. I won’t buy anything from there again.

Soft felt

The hat is beautiful, right size, right colour everything I had hoped for. My only concern is that the felt is very, very flexible. That means that the shape will not hold for long without some stiffening. So, you tube to the rescue. Looks like I need to use hairspray to take the flimsy felt back to a more robust fabric. There’s a surprising number of videos showing how to make a felt hat more secure….? So, I’m going to try it and see what happens. I just hope it works. I love the idea of a 1930’s fedora for winter. Wish me luck
