Nice hat but a few issues

Ordered a small according to the measuring guide but it was still way too big. Had to buy hat fillers. Also, hat arrived and brim was pretty bent out of shape. Wondering how to fix it. The hat itself is nice if I can fix that part.

Hello. I like the hat but it’s rim is a bit bent at the front. Is there a way I can straighten it? Regards, Daisy
