very comfortable and I am able to wear the heel all day at work with no discomfort what so ever. Nice tall chunky heel that you can actually run in. . literally

I love the idea of a PRETTY orthopedic/orthotic shoe that is a "high heel. " I suppose these will do, but there are a few things that could be better: the strap placement isn't quite right, needs to be more towards the ankle; the arch doesn't hit where it should; the right shoe is bigger and looser than the left.

Did not work for me

It is such a cute shoe but did not work for me due to ankle problem; otherwise I would have kept them.
