Outstanding customer service despite delivery hiccups!

I had some issues with the fulfillment warehouse, but that has nothing to do with the brand itself, which was absolutely flawless. The team took all the time needed to listen to me, reassure me, and make sure I would get my belt. Even better: despite me moving all the way from France to Australia in the meantime, they made sure the package would reach me without any issues. On top of that, I’ve already had the chance to test a friend's belt, so I can wholeheartedly recommend this dip belt to everyone!
