I just got mine and I the experience has been great so far. -Easy to setup -allow different widths -clear instructions -can be fitted to any standard rack -very good price compared to other products This means you can bring this to any gym or in your home gym. A bit disappointed

After using these dip bars for almost a year and testing them with big weights here is a thing I find really disappointed.The left handle bends, and it bends a lot under heavy load. Even after adjusting the screws correctly and gripping closer to the perpendicular bar to shorten the lever, the bend is noticable even when the total load is about 160kg, and when loaded with 250+ it's a few centimeters, which makes it almost impossible to hit shoulder depth, also because of the perpendicular bar which is blocking your head from going lower, so if your dip technique includes looking downwards in the lower phase it's hard not to hit your face, which also doesn't allow the full range of motion. Also the bent in one handle makes the movement asymetrical, while hitting depth on the right side you often still have a few centimeters left on the left, which makes it inconvenient in training and, in my opinion makes these bars not good enough to be used in competitions

Really good gear, no complaints

Does everything you could want from a dip station. I really happy with it. (I even go upside down and can do hanging rows…) Hardware is solid as a tank. Looks good works good. 👍
