I purchased the Welax S9 Pro chair in black and I have to say there is a lot to like about it. I first want to start by recognizing the customer support. This is by far the best customer support I have dealt with on any product. I worked with Monica because I needed some clarification on the functionality of the chair and they have been so responsive. So thank you support team! Regarding the chair, the first thing that stood out was the breathability of the fabric. It’s a unique fabric unlike anything I’ve felt before. It’s very comfortable feels like you are suspended on air. The next thing I really liked was the placement of the lumbar support. I have other chairs that are more expensive with inferior lumbar support. Lastly, I really enjoy using this in the reclined position. I thought the arms the way they wing up in the back was well engineered. The foot rest is also much better than other chairs in this category. Overall it is a great chair for the price I would reccomend it to a friend!
