Shipping a bit slow and one pool stick was damaged

Hello, I am writing regarding my recent order of three pool cues, which was delivered today. Unfortunately, upon inspection of the shipment, I found that one of the cues arrived damaged. The exterior shipping box was completely soaked upon delivery, and as a result, the playing cue inside sustained visible damage. Please advise on the next steps for a replacement or resolution. I appreciate your prompt assistance in addressing this matter

Great cue! Hits perfect, tip feels great. And the shaft is very smooth, I thought I would need a glove but first time playing with it without a glove it felt smoother then a wood shaft.
