Original shipment came with a damaged part - although I was initially annpyed by it, I contacted OldenGlow customer service and they were very responsive and sent a replacement part which arrived in perfect condition. Our plumber installed the outdoor shower and it is GORGEOUS!! I couldnt be happier.
