Cute, comfy rug but wont stay flat

I ordered this rug to finish off my bedroom set. I also ordered the rug pad as suggested but the rug was set on carpet, not hardwood. We are having issues with the rug bubbling up where the bench sits. Removing the carpet pad to see if it makes a difference. Cute rug though and comfortable.

Very comfortable

So far I really like this rug. It is very soft under the foot and the colors and pattern hide any dirt. I haven't wash it yet, so I don't know how it will wash up.

Exactly as promised

The rugs arrived timely and are of the quality I expected. Packaging was done properly to keep the rugs safe. They look great on the floor.
