Getting older isn’t easy

Getting older definitely isn’t easy , I’ve had to acclimate myself switching up my vitamins and needs as my body ages. Trying to stay healthy and give my body what it needs to do so I started using this product about a month ago. I haven’t noticed many changes or differences this soon but I’m hoping the long term affects will shine through
