Amazing Finished Product. But the time to delivery was late. To the point that it missed Mother's Day. The response I got from Customer Service was inadequate. Customer Service Assistant blamed it entirely on freight delay. Except that wasn't entirely true. The product took 2 full days longer to be assigned for freight, meaning it was 2 days late in being created. Those 2 days could've resulted in an On Time delivery. I wouldn't purchase again unless I had a lead-in time of minimum 3 weeks. Anything less they are unreliable

Product is great, I wish there was an option to look at either last requests or revisions. The final version is missing something I mentioned in a prior revision that is key to how my child looks and I now feel like I am looking at a mistake every time I see it.

Great Gift Ideas

Picture and Lighting are great, but the only few issues are that you need to choose your image and Background carefully so the lights align properly to where you actually want them. The frame material on the side is also not the best quality so there can be dings or discolorations that pop up.
