Clearance - VitaClay VM7900-8 Smart Organic Multi-Cooker

When I received my order, I found that the knob on the clay lid top was scratched and it looks like the underlying metal is exposed. I sent an email request to customer service over a week ago for a replacement and have not heard back.

We love the machine overall. Since it didn't come with instructions, we kind of had to 'muddle through' getting to know how to integrate it into our cooking timing. The clay pot is a great ' healthy' alternative to non-stick coated pots and is very easy to clean. The biggest gripe is that when the lid is opened after running, all the condensate runs down the back of the unit. The cooker we replaced this with had a little cup in the back to catch the water so it doesn't get all over the counter. Minor in the overall scheme of things, but hopefully it's something they can address in future models.
