Olive oil is excellent but the foie gras is merely a patè of liver - not the real thing

Olive oi #3 Lorenzo is excellent and tastes great; Foie gras is not sliced goose liver as it should be, but it is only a Patè of liver, which is disappointing. The olive oil #5 has not been tasted yet.
