Pumpkin - Wee Be Little seeds

Live in southern California - received last seeds in 3 days. All seed recently received already germinated, except for oregano - planted 3 days ago. Past seed - the following seed not germinated: English lavender (tried twice not germinated), blueberry not germinated, wildflower perennial not germinated, chamomile little germinated. Please help with germinating these seed.
