My New Brisket Knife

I was so excited to receive my new knife that the next day I went out to my butcher shop and bought an excellent brisket and smoked it. I was not disappointed in my new knife. It cut through the meat like it wasn't even there. I could cut it as thin as I wanted for sandwiches or as thick as I wanted for dinners. I'll be looking at other knives from you all.
