Strong red light. I used it 3-4 days a week for 20 minutes on my chest hoping it will help with some fatigue issues. No results yet but I’ll keep it up.

Great product

I really like this panel. I need to use it more consistently but we have been traveling a lot and is too big to take with us. But I have already seen results with helping with back pain and my husband has seen less shoulder pain with use. Overall very glad we purchased it.
