First Full length suit

After years of just wearing a jacket it was quite a surprise at how heavy the suit was. It took a little getting use to even when putting on which points more to the change from a jacket to the quality of the suit. The first time wearing I made the mistake of wearing just training shoes and paid the price with a couple of stings on the ankles. The second time wearing boots was a lot more comfortable. During a recent strong storm where numerous hives were knocked over by a falling branch and a bunch of unhappy bees I was able to rebuild the hives whilst being head butted a lot by various guard bees and not a sting to report. Suit was fitting well and enabled me to move around quite freely. I wish there was a little more freedom of movement using the hat and veil system, but I found that so long as I didn’t have the hat on to tightly then I could look side to side a lot easier. I guess that’s my biggest critique, the hat is a little on the small size. The only other criticism would be the number of loose threads and the fact the magnets keep falling out of their small pockets. I purchased this suit to make heavy days with angry bees a little easier and in that this suit passes with flying colours.

This suit is awesome. A ton of thought went into the features to help make being in the bee yard easier. Very well made. Fantastic customer service.

worth the money

I purchased this for my husband. He says it is well worth it! Lighter than and zipper design is MUCH better than the competition.
