Great add on. It will steam to your sauna without the need to ladle water. Just sit back and relax. Start with just 1-2 cups of water in it to get a feel for how much humidity you want. I filled it 1/2 the way my first time and we got the humid to almost 100%, which was a bit to much. Great product to add to your sauna

I actually purchased this but have a sauna tent from another manufacturer that didn't offer one. I've used it for about a week and it works great. That extra steam it easily generators is a game changer for getting a good sweat on.
