The cable fitment in the in the USB port is a teensy bit less than positive but seems to do the trick. When I moved it from one location to another it came loose and I thought something was wrong with the satellite 1 as it did not power on. Realized it had unplugged itself a wee bit. Just be cognizant this is possible when handling the adapter and make sure its snugged up tight.

Previous review was marked down due to the issue mentioned below. Being I’m unable to easily update the prior review, this is a follow-up review. Prior order for Satellite1 included a dead-on-arrival power supply. Customer Support was quick to reply and provided a replacement, no questions asked. Sincerely appreciate the quick support and a business standing behind their products.
