Halftime Smoker Cover

Great cover the smoker... 2 large racks 1 hour....my opinion, not worth it. To much charcoal...smoke flavor very marginal with a lot of wood chip. Very difficult to dump the used coals for cleaning...Just not worth it in my opinion.

12 lbs. of match lite doesn't last long enough to cook a 4 pound pork butt and you to finish by some other means
