Works perfectly for my Jedi interceptors, my 4x4 Plate was a little bit loose tho.

Increasingly poor fits

I've bought a lot of vario stands. My first was in 2019, and I still buy them now. However, a theme with Wicked Brick (and therefore many of my reviews) is that the quality control is not what it used to be. You can see this in the attached video: the X-wings stand on old stands from 2019-2020. The E-wing and Y-wing are on stands from 2025. The stands are simple and elegant in appearance, and the ability to now select different shapes of bases is great for tailoring it to the set you want to display. However... Your display looks a little odd when your ships sit at different angles based on their center of gravity, and how loose-fitting the stand's parts end up being. The reason I'm still leaving 4 stars is because wicked brick will work with you. They sent me a set of 5 new bases to fit on my stands. I was able to find some that fit snugly enough. But even in that set of 5, the snugness of the attachment differed greatly. And you don't want to go through a month of customer service chatting and waiting for shipment (if you live overseas like I do) to be able to come out with functioning products through trial and error. If you only have 1 thing to display, this probably won't matter much, the difference in angle is maybe 10 degrees on the loosest parts. But if you want to display many starfighters together? It may look a little off. Just be prepared to negotiate to get a good-fitting stand.

I picked up this angled multi‑use stand to display some of my LEGO MOCs, and it works even better than I expected. I love that it isn’t tied to a specific set — I can place my custom builds right beside my official LEGO models and everything looks clean and consistent.
