Soothe & Sip Birb Mug

This mug is so cute and durable! I only hand wash it, no dishwasher to protect the adorable print. Keeps my coffee hot and my water cold. Love it!

I was delighted that when I put hot tea in, the outside of the cup stayed cool, and the tea was still hot two hours later. I can see this easily becoming my go-to mug.

Unfortunately, after only a few uses and following the suggested care instructions, the paint is already pealing off of this mug. When I notified Finch of the issue, they said there was nothing they could do about it because I had used it (even though it had only been barely used). I would not suggest buying this product and definitely forget it if you are expecting any sort of actual support from the Finch Shop. They basically told me “sorry you’re disappointed, but there’s nothing we can do” Given the whole purpose of Finch, I would have expected a very different response from their customer service. Very disappointing and will not be buying from the Finch Shop again.
