There was a shipping delay (not the fault of the company), and their professionalism and customer service exceeded anything I think I’ve ever experienced. Once I made them of the delay (package was stuck in LA) they responded quickly and with a sincerity rarely seen these days. It was only a letter opener. But its literally the coolest and easiest letter opener ever. I plan to buy more of these as gifts for my friends due to their outstanding product and customer service. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.
