300 ml USB Essential Oil Diffuser Is Perfect For The Car

I do not understand what this item is I was under the understanding that it was for scents. to me it looks like it’s a little humidifier. Can you please tell me what the hell this item is because I am not happy right now. It says that I can only use water in it that you can’t use oils and why does the order say USB essential oil, if not, I want a refund
