Awesome Product but disappointed in delivery

The products themselves are great and works good for my baby. However, there was an issue with my shipping that took almost 30 days to receive, and when I checked on my delivery , I was told it was lost . Tubby Todd needs a better tracking method for packages that have been delayed for more than 10 business days.
