Beautiful and Functional

So, far I have been using these pots for a week. I'm pretty impressed. I managed to make my fav. Banana Oat pancake recipe from Anthony William the Medical Medium. Reason why I purchased the set to begin with. His recommendations for non-toxic cookware was a big deal for me. I am on my journey to health. So, after my mom, bought her set via another vendor I wanted a set for myself. Back to my pancakes, I was very impressed at how these non stick pans worked. My pancakes cooked to perfection without sticking and I actually did not use any oils. My mom has been offering some tips as she has learned that her pans sometimes stick. However, with her eggs she made sure to tell me; to make sure I heat properly my pan before adding a teeny bit of oil and then letting the oil heat as well before frying eggs. I guess that is working better for her to keep from getting sunny side-up eggs, from sticking. I have yet to have that happen. So, far I have made nany different meals and no sticking. The pans are light and I just hope they last. I absolutley love the colors. This set stands apart. It is elegant looking and functional. We'll see how they do in a year.
