Customer Service Was Great!

Head unit and backup camera arrived ready to install. Watched instructional video and all went well. Reached out to Customer Service via email, to be sure I had installed everything correctly, before putting it all back together. They had me make one small change to the camera connection. Installed the new head unit and my old 2007 Tundra is finally upgraded to today. Unit is working flawlessly. Couldn't have done it without the expert help from the crew at Trail Grid Pro!

Sony head unit

I'm very pleased with my Sony head unit. I was a little fearful of the installation but the employees of Trail Pro Grid and the videos they have made are perfect and easy to follow. I'm not a tech guy or mechanic but I was able with there help to get it done. Their customer service is top notch. In my opinion it's well worth the money.
