Multicolor White Mask Female Betta Fish | Rare Samurai-Inspired Beauty

The bettas I have purchased (approximately 10) have been nice fish when they arrived alive. Even when I paid the extra charge for the larger box and cold pack I still received one that was dead. Sometimes you ship quickly while other times you haven’t shipped until a week later. I feel that could be improved upon. Also tthe 10+1 bloody mary shrimp that I ordered arrived mostly dead. The live fish guarantee seems promising until I realized I had to report the loss within 2 hours of receiving them. I think you should advertise that more clearly on the website. The losses I have experienced seem excessive. I’m sure the weather is a factor also. Maybe better packaging or just waiting to ship until the weather breaks.

She was huge! In comparison to my other female bettas, I was really hoping she survived.. but she died the next day. Maybe I had received a sick one? But she gave signs of not surviving. Sad. Because I really liked the size of this one. Amazing colors on her.
