Magenta Mystery Snail

I ordered three of these and I received four. Which was great except for the fact that there was no water in the bag. Also there was gauze type material, inside of the bag, which soaked up all the water that was put into the bag originally. So when I received them they smelled bad and the only thing wet inside was the gauze. There was no way for me to know whether these four snails where dead or alive. I did acclimate them just in case but NONE of them lived. Edit to say because i cant continue the review: i also ordered 5 Beta’s(2 female and 3 males) and all of these are beautiful and alive and well..!! TLDR: Ordered 3 recieved 4 All DOA No water in bag Waste of $20

I ordered the five pack of magenta mystery snails and received six of them. All six arrived alive and are thriving in their new home! I love watching these guys just roam about my 10 gal tank. Will definitely order from tropic flow again as my order arrived in just a few days. Thankfully they waited until the cold snap that was unexpected passed. Highly recommend.
