Love the jacket, great customer service.

My jacket is perfect for my needs as semi-casual with a little attitude. Very good looking and well made. I ordered the jacket around Christmas time, so understandably it took a little longer than expected to get it. I emailed the Jacket Maker about a concern regarding a possible flaw. Their response was also a little slow, however when they did get back to me, the options they offered to resolve the issue were really better than I could have asked for. As it turned out there was no issue. But I feel they fully demonstrated that they stand behind their products 100 %. Excellent customer service!

Ordered first time wanted something special for my husband, This coat took a while to get to me but totally worth the wait, Its Made well, with soft sheepskin leather and the lining is beautiful, needless to say my Husband Loves it.
