I’m disappointed with my experience with Caducci. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times about the watches I received and provided photos, but my concerns still haven’t been resolved.
The watch faces I received are marked “BS Bee Sisters” and “GEDI”, rather than Caducci. I also asked for clarification about whether the watches are actually gold plated, but I have not received a clear answer. They also sent all 5 watches in 2 presentation boxes

Such a beautiful piece, you can tell how much care went into designing and making it. I love that they provide a tool so you can remove links of the watch is too big

They’re just reselling an AliExpress brand, the watch doesn’t even say Caducci it says Bee Sisters on the watch face
