I’m really happy with my experience with Clarine! I ordered a watch during their Buy One, Get Two Free offer, but by mistake I placed the order for only one watch and received just one. I contacted their customer service by email, explained what had happened, and they were incredibly helpful. They kindly sent me two additional watches of my choice without any hassle. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and how they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I’m very pleased with my watches and my overall experience. This watch is beautiful, the tool for adjusting the strap is easy to use and very effective. My watch now fits perfectly. I ordered from the latest promotion, I'm still waiting for my other items to arrive but I'm sure they'll be equally beautiful once I receive them.
