I love how the leather feels, i wish DBrand offered skins for all controllers like this. (I know switch pro controller has it but it's in the center and not wear my hand actually holds the controller).
At first my order arrived with an odd mark, like it was bruised along with lines.
So i reached out asking if like the lines, the bruise was normal aspect of leather just being skin. DBrand responded quickly, explained the dark spot is not normal, that they can send me a replacement, and actually sent out the replacement same day. New one arrived in perfect condition.
Customer Support was also very helpful in informing me how real leather is cared for, and that real leather is a classification lol.
The only critique i have is that with the strength of the adhesive, you need to be careful when applying the skin. If you get it misaligned, it can be hard to make adjustments without causing stress lightening to the leather.
