Honestly… horrible
It doesn’t change the meat at all, all the stuff just sticks to the bottom of the pan. With absolutely no change to the meat it add an unnecessary step to cooking, whilst making the cooking process more frustrating by sticking and burning to the pan. Tried this several times in several ways more times, thinner cuts and many more different variations to have no change to the meat. Waste of money and a waste of time.
