Good product, bad communication

Bike ramp is fantastic. Communication with company is non existent. Took 30 days to receive product. Never once replied to my emails about where is my order. 5 stars for product...less stars for company communication

Everything fits. Easy to load. My bike doesn’t budge. Easy to keep locked and safe. And, I will attest to the heavy duty material. Especially the ramp. I was backing up my RV, and hit a railroad tie. OOPS!🙊. I’ve tried and tried to bend it back but realized that I had to have a metal shop to get it back. So, I’m wondering if I can just buy a new replacement?
