I must say that I was pleased with the customer service before I even received my order. I had some questions, concerns so I contacted them. Within minutes I was talking with a person that reassured me that everything would be taken care of if I was disappointed. Then I received my order. Wow was I pleased with my purchase. This is a quality piece of equipment that I can assure you will be joining me on some hikes thru Michigan and beyond. The parts are nicely machined and fit and finish are impeccable. The handle is super comfortable and will not fatigue your hand. The survival attachments are very well made and would definitely get you out of an emergency situation if needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone who likes to go off the grid for a while.

Well designed and made. I ordered extra segments and made a staff walking stick. Ordering was simple and delivery very reasonable thru USPS. I recommend this for people who have stability issues and of course for anyone out on the trails.

Save your noney. Poor quality and materials. The cork handle broke and ripped as I was assembking it for the first time. Its unique, but it feels cheap, looks like its poorly crafted and i certainly wouldnt rely in it. There was even metal shaving from the threading in the oipes, so quality cobtrol isnt that great either.
