I tried this on a whim as I don't always have time for a true lunch. I love this item. I dump two scoops in my water bottle before leaving home, then when the munchies start to hit me in the late morning, I fill said water bottle up with ice and water, give it a shake shake and we are ready to roll for the afternoon. I will be getting this item agian!

Exactly what i needed after my procedure, put it in a shake daily and keep going makes taking this daily vary easy.
