Text support through the website with any install issues. Once installed it’s a breeze. Install took 2 hours. Time savings and ease of use since has been a dream! Highly recommend. Changed my dogs life with the pet pass. It’s the envy of my neighbors still hooked on dog walkers.

It’s so great! The cats are finally not scared of the automatic door. The only down side is I can’t get their remote access thing in the white plastic ring.

Excellent product and dogs love it. They really enjoy having control of the sliding door, it's hilarious watching them sometimes atand in front of it to activate then head back to do it again.
