Got our special order window within 3-4 weeks as stated on website & in excellent condition. We got it installed in our daughter's window with no problems or issues. The door is well made, quality materials & looks great too. It's the entrance to her newly completed catio. Very happy with your product - worth it to get a quality product that will last for many years. Cats are very happy too (:-))

Buy tape, too

This didn’t seal properly and we had to tape it to prevent drafts. Also, the cat hasn’t been able to learn how to use it; we have to prop it open for him. So basically all we’re getting out if this $300 purchase is higher utility bills. I would probably endorse it despite the drafts if the cat would just use it. You might have better luck. So, go for it, just buy tape, too.

Good idea, but my cats have not taken to it.

It was a great idea, and maybe if there is a flush perch on either side, the cats might use it. Right now, they are persistently ignoring it unless I push them part way through. It might help if the magnets were less strong. The door is sturdy, and it keeps hot and cool separated even when there is wind. It is well made and fit well.
